Can I access IEEE Xplore?

Links to all of our search tools can be found on the Walla Walla University Library databases page. The IEEE Xplore databases to search citations are freely available. WWU Libraries does not have an institutional subscription for full-text access, however we may be able to obtain items from a citation found in IEEE Xplore by using Interlibrary Loan or Summit borrowing.
