What if the book isn't on the shelf or is in off-site storage?
What if the book I want to check-out isn't on the shelf or is in off-site storage? How do I request it?
Answer
Sign in to see all request options for your local library when searching Research Central. When looking at an individual title, scroll to 'Get It' for request links for requesting an item. If you are at Peterson Memorial Library you will generally see options to request titles, whether it be to place a hold on a checked-out title, or requesting a title from Off-Site.
This may vary from campus to campus, and if you do not see an option to request a title, contact reference@wallawalla.edu with information about the title (including call number and location) and where you are located, and we will work with you to see if we can connect you with the title or similar information.
