Are there daily fines for overdue materials?
Peterson Memorial Library does not currently charge daily fines. Lost fees and services charges will apply for items more than 10 days overdue.
Answer
Peterson Memorial Library does not currently charge daily fines on materials from our main collection or Summit borrowing. However, once a borrowed item is ten days* overdue our system will automatically declare the item lost and charge a lost fee plus an additional non-refundable $15 service fee. *The system automatically declares projectors as lost if the loan is five days overdue.
