What if I'm not on the College Place campus?

If I'm taking classes on the Montana or Portland branch campuses or through Distance Learning what access do I have to library services?

Answer

The Walla Walla University Libraries seek to facilitate your studies and research regardless of location. With technology we are able to offer many of the same services for students outside of College Place. If you are studying at our Portland or Montana campuses, you have your own library pages linked below.

Even if you are studying at one of the campuses above, and especially if you are enrolled in distance learning, the main library offers the following services:

  • Search for journal articles from our Databases page
  • Search Research Central to search for available eBooks.
  • Use email, chat, or phone to request research assistance from a librarian.
  • Utilize Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to request items not available locally.

Licensing for some resource vendors require that access to their materials be restricted to current students, faculty, and staff of Walla Walla University. You may need to login using your network ID and password.

In addition to WWU resources you may be able to utilize your local public library for some resources or request items to be sent to you USPS
