Q. How do I order books if Summit says I am an unauthorized user?
Contact the IS Help Desk at (509) 527-2317 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) Computer Support and tell them that you received this error message when ordering from Summit. They can check to see that you are assigned to a member group and correct the problem in your university computer profile so that you should be able to order from Summit.
