Q. How do I order books if Summit says I am an unauthorized user?

I am trying to 'sign in for best results' but my WWU email and password are not working for Summit. It says I am an unauthorized user. How do I fix this?


Contact the IS Help Desk at (509) 527-2317 or email (support@wallawalla.edu) Computer Support and tell them that you received this error message when ordering from Summit. They can check to see that you are assigned to a member group and correct the problem in your university computer profile so that you should be able to order from Summit.
