How do I order books if Summit says I am an invalid user?

I am trying to 'sign in to get complete results' but my WWU email and password are not working for Summit. It says I am an invalid user. How do I fix this?


Answer

Summit borrowing is available to currently enrolled students and current staff & faculty, as well as emeriti, on our College Place and Portland campuses. 

If omitting @wallawalla.edu from your username doesn't work, contact the IT Help Desk at (509) 527-2317 or email Computer Support (support@wallawalla.edu) about your university username and/or password.

If you are still having challenges, contact Public Services at the Library Information Desk by calling (509) 527-2134.
